Gifting Shares of Stock to `Iolani School

Use the following steps when you wish to transfer shares of stock
to `Iolani School through Merrill Lynch

They will:
• Assist you in transferring your stock
• Sell your stock at an appropriate time
• Send `Iolani School a check from the sale of the stock

2. Call one of us to let us know you are transferring stock to `Iolani
